Cancellation Policy

Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients I kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card placed on file at the time of original booking. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to be fair and accommodating when possible.
